I wanted to create an Autumn Birthday card using at least one stamp set I haven't used in a while. The perfect stamp set to use all year round is the "Perpetual Birthday Calendar" stamp set. It is so very versatile! I paired it with the new "Tin of Cards" stamp set, and this is what I came up with.
I used Stampin' Write markers to colour the two different leaf stamps and made it different each time. You can also see the glitter from the Dazzling Diamonds on the sentiment and some of the leaves.
Here is the side view for the layering.
For the inside, I added Dazzling Diamonds to the butterfly as well.

Just a little something because I wanted to make it. No class, just sharing.
The floral branch from "Thoughts & Prayers" is heat embossed in white, as are the "Petite Petals" on vellum. They are punched out with the Petite Petals punch. In addition, I punched out more vellum flowers with the Boho Blossoms punch. All the blossoms are coloured from behind with the Blushing Bride Stampin' Write Marker.
You can see it a little better in the close up below. I used both Rhinestones and Pearls for the blossom centers.
I don't know if you can tell, but the text with the outline I filled in with the same Blushing Bride Stampin' Write Marker to darken it a little. (I still need to get my Neutral Stampin' Write Markers)
Next you can see the side view.
On the inside I used Smoky Slate ink on the stamp, and then with a QTip I removed the ink on the blossoms and used my Blushing Bride Stampin' Write Marker on them. After stamping the sentiment on the inside, I filled in the outlined text with the same marker.

Last One! For now, and from this batch anyway. I love this set and will probably create more with it.
Today's card is a diorama card! I cased this from Pinterest created by Lynn Starzl. I did change a few things, and I had so much fun making this card! I think this would be great for Christmas Cards, so you'll see it again soon.
I see that one of the pearls fell out of the flower center. (I've replaced it with a glue dot as it just didn't want to stay on!) For cardstock I used Pool Party, Mint Macaron, & Tip Top Taupe.

And, because of it's extra length when flattened, I had to create my own envelope with the Envelope Punch Board. You can write on the back of this card, so I didn't stamp my "handmade by" stamp on the back like I usually do.
Here you see it flattened and fitting into the envelope.
I'm guessing that everyone will want to make this card in class for sure, so I have chosen this one for the class. I just have to decide which other ones to include. You can help me by commenting on which ones where your favorites.

I'm wishing that the colours came out better in this photo for you, but here is #10 in the series. I wanted to create a card that used both the goose and sandpipers even though they really are never seen together (that I know of).
The problem was the grass stamp had grass that was too tall, so how to fix that? Masking! I was able to shorten the grass by masking the height on the right side. The foreground left, didn't matter.
In this next photo you can see the layering.
...and the inside?...well I forgot to do it! And the lighting is poor on this photo... again!
Tomorrow is the last card card I made that day using the "Wetlands" stamp set. I do look forward to creating with it again, but as I'm getting a bunch of Christmas stamps, it might be a while...
I hope to soon have the smaller of the two larger projects, I've been working on, done soon. So hopefully you will see that the day after tomorrow, all being well.

This card was cased from Pinterest and designed by Rosalind Miller. I love this design and concept and am wondering if I could do this with outer stamp sets? I hope I remember to try it with something else. It was so much to make!
I was surprised how well Early Espresso went with Marina Mist! Looks better in real life. Masking is something I'm beginning to really like to do.
The sentiment is popped up on bother layers.
I just had to create a little scene at the bottom inside of this card.

I was wishing I hadn't run out of Delightful Dijon cardstock while I was making this card, because in my mind that is what I wanted. That being the case, and it probably would have been great, I ended up enjoying the combination of Crushed Curry with inking some Delightful Dijon on the Soft Suede.
I love the look of Watercolour paper. Tearing it off at the bottom is something I rarely do, but works well on this card. The peeking of the tall grasses from behind adds to the whole appearance of the card.
Just one layer is popped up, as seen above.
Inside, I just spread a little Delightful Dijon with a sponge and stamped the tall grass in the bottom corner. Simple, but effective.
