2016 Holiday Catalogue Sneak Peak - Tin of Tags Kit Video

Still busier than usual and trying to catch up! I still don't have cards or a project to share with you today, so I decided to show you another Stampin' Up! video! Hope you don't mind.

This one is all about a kit. Remember the the "Tin of Cards" 1 and 2? Well in the 2016 Holiday catalogue you can purchase the "Tin of Tags" kit! Love the tins from all of these kits! This kit will be a great gift to the crafter, or make the tags for those that don't craft and give it them in the sweet tin, or get one for yourself!

Pic of what is in the kit...

ALL BOXED UP KIT

I would like to share with you my creative ways of embellishing the little boxes from the "All Boxed Up Kit".

I started by making one of these boxes nearly as directed in the photos of this kit, and the rest I used my creativity to make my  own.

So you can better see what I did, I'm showing you each box individually, with the first one being the closest to the Stampin' Up photo.

For this next one, I knew that here would be a lot of the little gold stickers left, so I used them to create a pattern at the base of the box.

I had also received in this order, along with this kit, two background stamps that I was eager to use.

I also sponge inked the base of this next one. Love the effect.

For the next two boxes, I used some of the text stamps around the base of the boxes to create a pattern of sorts, as well as on the tags.

I then thought, why can't I make these into Christmas boxes for little gifts or Advent boxes...

For this next one I used two different stamp  sets - Flurry of Wishes & Antique Tags (Hostess Stamp Set).

Holiday Catalogue Antique Tags (Hostess Stamp Set)

For this next box, in addition to the "Antique Tags stamp set, I used the other Holiday Catalogue Hostess stamp set "Six Sayings".

For the last box I'm showing you, there are two photos so that you can see all the sides of the box as there is a different stamp on each side.

I used the "All Ye Faithful" stamp set on this box. That's it for this project.

This kit was so much fun to work with! Everything was included except for the different stamp sets and ink pads! Use your creativity for this fun kit. I was keeping it simple for a class, but if making for myself, I probably would have put some windows into some of these boxes!

Happy stamping & creating!

There's something for everyone to choose; the card maker, the project maker, and scrapbooker! Some of you do it all! So just think of the fun you can have!

Being at the Langford Legion Hall you can order breakfast before the first class, order lunch before the second class, and supper before the last class! Carol always provides free snacks and the Legion provides free coffee and water on hand as well.

All classes are based on some of the wonderful Kits that Stampin' Up! offers in the Annual Catalogue. But, I'll bring other things, so that you can make it your own if you choose to be more creative!

You must register and pay by Wednesday September 9th so that I can get your kits in time for the classes.
