3rd "Guy Greetings" Card

Have you ever tried stamping with Cherry Cobbler onto Basic Gary? (bottom of the card) It looks very sophisticated and masculine. I was pleased that my idea worked so well, and will have to remember this combo for future projects.

Personally, I'm wishing that I hadn't inked the edges of the automobile piece with Cherry Cobbler, but I still really like the card overall. Love those hats and will make some more cards using them later. I also need to get a Stamp-A-Ma-Jig! It would make stamping the back ground hats much easier!

I used Very Vanilla on this card rather than Whisper White and was glad I did so. I think it lends itself better to a vintage vibe, as well as a bit more masculine.

And the inside....

Well, I'm enjoying making these masculine cards and hope that you are enjoying looking at them. I wish that this stamp set had 'Son' in with the other masculine roles, because with sons I could really use it.

Hope you are inspired to start creating some of your own masculine cards.

Don't forget the Retirement List!! There's only one month left (till June 2) before these items will no longer be available!!

Happy stamping!
